We are in the electrical and ductwork phase of this magnificent home in the DC Ranch community of Scottsdale. Framing is finished and the roof is in place. Electrical wires and HVAC ducts are seen above the truss system. As the Fisher Custom Homes superintendent walks the project with the framing supervisor, the framer marks the cement with notes to make sure framing changes and refinements are done correctly. Outside, the long driveway is graded. The view from the top of the driveway shows just how steep this mountainside project is and how high atop the mountain this home sits.
Fisher Custom Homes is only a couple months away from completing the custom home in Paradise Valley. Now the fun begins as the clients can see the finishing touches that will soon be their home. Each room is beginning to show its customization. One room has a custom-made “murphy” bed in its open position. When it is closed it is seamless with the rest of the wall’s cabinetry. Blue and white cabinets are installed in the craft room adding to the contemporary design. The exercise room shower is spacious and gorgeous with the tricolor tile combination. The Great Room wall is almost finished – just waiting for the fireplace to be installed. A beautiful view can be seen from the front Terrace, even on a cloudy day. This picture does not do the Wine Room justice! It is an uber-cool backlit wine room with floor to ceiling racks waiting to be stocked with vintage wine.
