Originally, Fisher Custom Homes built a custom luxury home twenty years ago in an exclusive North Scottsdale neighborhood. The new homeowners came to us to perform a significant remodel, changing some features and opening the floor plan. The interior of the home has been gutted and some of the exterior has been demolished now that we are about six months into the project. New windows are installed and framing for the remodeled design has started. These progress pictures show the change in the Great Room where we are expanding the entertainment center and relocating the entry ways into the adjoining Office.
The Kitchen is gutted, and what was a Breakfast Nook has now been expanded. The exterior patio off the Kitchen and Nook is now enclosed and made into a new Family Room. A built-in entertainment center in the Master Bedroom has been removed and the entire Master Bedroom is gutted. The doors to enter the Master Bedroom are more centered to the room and a bedroom alcove has been created as a television sitting room. Indeed, these changes will make this home completely different to the homeowners once the remodel is complete.
