Fisher Custom Homes, with AKA Architecture, harnesses the creative dynamics of the client and design/build team to generate excitement in the process of creating a one-of-a-kind custom home. Successfully meeting your needs and creating a symbol of pride for you remains our first priority. The reward that makes the journey worthwhile: to stand before a unique custom home that reflects the personality of its owner.

This hillside project in Paradise Valley is just a few months away from completion. The clients have selected beautiful interior and exterior colors and details. Although there are more selections to still be made, the house is starting to feel like a home. Realizing the design details in the field is one of the most exciting moments for the homeowners when they see their concepts beginning to take form. In this contemporary house we see how multiple textures complement each other in the Great Room’s stone wall, wood ceiling and painted hallway. The office drawings are beginning to form as the cabinets and electric work are installed first. A towering stairwell, which will have three flights from the lower level wine room to the mezzanine entry and all the way up to the top floor, awaits the stair case. A gorgeous view of Camelback Mountain is what the homeowners will see every day from their Kitchen, Great Room and South Terrace.

Fisher Custom Homes is in the framing stage of this magnificent home in DC Ranch. The excavation and foundation of this home took a while because of the steep grade of the lot and the size of the house pad. Now we are building up with the framing, and the house is beginning to take shape.  The combination of masonry and wood framing makes this home very sturdy indeed. The mountains are in the near distance backing the golf course. A steel beam runs along what will become the main entry way, dissecting the masonry columns. The retaining walls show some remanence of the natural grade of the lot that has now been leveled, allowing for drainage and separation between the home and the natural desert. Lush, expansive views are seen from what will be the rear patio of this home.
