Fisher Custom Homes is building a magnificent home in the exclusive neighborhood of DC Ranch in North Scottsdale. The shell of the home is complete and finishing details are in progress. The front of the home is partially finished with the stucco and roofing done. Crates containing stone, which will be applied to the tall masonry columns on both sides of the entry door, are stacked in the driveway. The front of the home, shadowed by the morning’s rising sun, takes shape with the finishing details yet to be completed. A hallway inside the home is drywalled and painted; just a few months ago this hallway did not exist.

A natural mountain sits behind the Garage to the east side of the home site. Excavation for the pool is complete and waiting for the next phase which will be plumbing and shotcrete. A wall on the front side or the home has a scratchy-concrete look to it as it is prepped for stone to be installed. Around a window on a different part of the home, we can see what the finished stone will look like. A tall, expansive masonry retaining wall covered by stone is dwarfed by the natural rock mountain behind it. From the front of the home, there are expansive, spectacular views of North Scottsdale and the famous Camelback Mountain in the distance.
