Continued Custom Home Building Progress

At this Arizona Custom Home in Paradise Valley, Fisher Custom Homes received our Certificate of Occupancy and now we continue to refine the exterior landscaping and hardscape development.  Inside trim is being completed as can be seen in the fireplace and kitchen cabinet photos. In both rooms the contrasting textures of the wood, granite and tilework add rich depth to the areas. The light shines angelically through the top windows to the inside of the entry way foyer, while on the outside these windows contribute to the charming light sconces and warm wood door. The fire pit and BBQ structures are coming along and are almost ready for the exterior stone and surrounds. Already we can see how enchanting this rear yard view of the neighboring golf course will bring joy to guests and the homeowners during our warm Arizona evenings. We enjoy being a Luxury Custom Home Builder for views like these! Large vegetation that was salvaged at the beginning of the project is now replanted as the first phase of landscaping. Now the site is ready for the more delicate landscaping pieces which are the last items to be put in place.

Because building a dream home is an emotional and personal process, we work with only those who invest the time to personally review their preferred lifestyle and their expectations with us. Our clients come to us with discretionary and discriminating taste. Whether looking for a private getaway retreat, an entertaining oasis, a comfortable sanctuary, or all of the above, our clients look to us to capture in stone and mortar what they sense within. Our process is communication and cooperation, leading to common achievement. Communication begins with listening. An initial meeting allows us to discuss the clients’ vision. We listen to homeowners’ goals and help take them from cautious and unsure to comfortable and confident. Fisher Custom Homes is an Arizona Custom Home Builder that specializes in the North Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas.
