Iron, stone and stucco create multiple textures and depths to this exterior staircase.

Fisher Custom Homes is an Arizona Custom Luxury Home Builder that specializes in the North Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas. Proven success is the driving force of the joined efforts of Fisher Custom Homes and our sister-company, AKA Architecture. Our clients work directly with the principals who offer their decades of experience and knowledge. Combining architect and homebuilder into one package allows clients to deal with the same individuals throughout the entire process. This streamlines communication, taking the information from the homeowner and transforming those words and ideas into reality. We interpret your design dreams and incorporate them into beautiful yet efficient floor plans, with the utilization of our professionally licensed design team and professional building staff. Our team’s construction and design experience spans over 100 years with work across the United States: from Hawaii to the Rocky Mountains to Arizona. We are members of the National Association of Home Builders, Better Business Bureau and American Institute of Architects. We are a preferred homebuilder in Silverleaf, Estancia, Desert Mountain, Talking Rock, Desert Highlands, Troon, and DC Ranch, to name a few. We are a certified green homebuilder in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.

The stucco and exterior stonework is now finished on this Luxury Custom Home we are building in North Scottsdale. This staircase at the back of the home has a lovely ascension with its iron stair railing and stone accents at each step. The stone, stucco and iron complement each other with their contrasting textures and patterns.

We continue to make progress on this hillside project in Paradise Valley with the wood framing beginning at the lower level of the home. Framing materials are on site and ready to be built moving up this multilevel the home. The motor court at the lower level is taking shape. The framing which is mostly finished within the motor court is now crawling up to the main level. With the main level slab in place and the framing coming up around it, we can begin to see the extraordinary views that will be unobstructed because of the location of this site.
