Custom Home Building Progress Images

As an Arizona Custom Home Builder, we always have projects going on in different stages. We are in the second stage of one of our Luxury Custom Homes in Paradise Valley. This hillside home is a complex project. Luxury Custom Home sites on hillsides are mostly comprised of large boulders and natural rock, so heavy excavation was required. Having the grading and excavation completed, the second stage is erecting the retaining and basement walls. Due to the steep grade of this lot, quality masonry work is essential. Concrete slab reinforcements are used to further strengthen the edifice. Additionally, Fisher Custom Homes uses a rock anchor that is tied back into the mountain to further stabilize the house retaining wall.

Meanwhile, we are in the ending stage of another one of our Luxury Custom Homes in Paradise Valley. The masons are building an exterior fire pit. We have found over the years that in Arizona Custom Home Building the entry way should welcome the homeowner and guests, as can be seen with this entry doorway. The interior fireplace mantel shows the grains and knots of its natural wood composition. The concrete pavers are being laid for the driveway; the walkways and patios will match. Ornamental iron stair railings are put in place, completing the dramatic ascent to the top floor. Granite countertops are installed. This countertop was hand-selected by the client, and matches the fireplace hearth. Lastly, the rear yard is graded and ready for landscaping to commence.

Fisher Custom Homes is an Arizona Custom Home Builder that specializes in the North Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas. The current design trends derived from the Mediterranean to the southwest favorites of Santa Fe and Pueblo are extensions of our historical company palette. Thoughtful planning to incorporate the natural elements and diverse topography unique to each home site, in concert with the individuality of the homeowner, produces a beautiful, one-of-a-kind home.
