Dampening the dirt before work begins significantly reduces dust pollution.

Fisher Custom Homes is an Arizona Custom Luxury Home Builder that specializes in the North Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas. Our process is communication and cooperation – leading to common achievement. Communication begins with listening. An initial meeting allows us to discuss the clients’ vision. We listen to homeowners’ goals and help take them from cautious and unsure to comfortable and confident.

This Luxury Custom Home in Paradise Valley is just over halfway complete with the windows and glass doors being installed. The framers have framed in the rough openings for the windows and exterior doors. Now the glass has been delivered and is being placed within the openings. The first picture shows the glass for the doors installed but the window framing is still open, awaiting the installation. Large door openings off the top floor facing the incredible scenic views are also ready for the actual doors to be installed. Just from the openings, one can see how open and glorious this design will be with the doors. Site walls have now been built to separate the driveway from the garage entryway.  In the last picture, we can see the progress of the window and door installation with the glass on the left installed while rough openings are on the right.

At this North Scottsdale Custom Home in DC Ranch, we continue to build site and walls around this large site pad. Having been graded, the site is ready for backfilling now that the retaining walls are complete. Hefty grading equipment is brought in to move the earth. In Arizona, construction sites must keep the dirt wet to keep dust from becoming a pollution problem to the workers and the neighbors. Early in the day as the sun is rising, first thing to do is to dampen the earth before it is moved with the graders’ equipment. Fisher Custom Homes prides itself in striving to be one of the top Scottsdale Custom Home Builders in Arizona.
