It was Tom Fisher’s vision to create a place where a small group of employees with professionalism and expertise were given the freedom to excel in creating the dream homes envisioned by clientele. Tom is a dually licensed commercial and residential contractor and has built over 1,000 homes ranging in price from $1,000,000 to $15,000,000. Educated as an engineer, Tom enjoys the outdoors and looks forward to his annual adventure expeditions.

Denny Hasenbank
Construction Manager Denny Hasenbank has a very strong passion for building, and has built more than 6,000 homes in his 30+ years of experience in the home building industry. With a degree in architectural design and a solid skillset as a master carpenter, he is ready to take on any challenge. Whether it is resolving a complex carpentry detail, collaborating with specialty designers on finished assemblies or serving as the liaison to pull a team of craftsmen together for creating that one-of-a-kind build, Denny has the drive and ambition needed for a successful outcome. When he is not building homes, he also enjoys custom woodworking with exceptional attention to detail which truly makes the difference.

Jeff Biever
Jeff is the Lead Designer responsible for bringing our clients’ dreams to life. Tom and Jeff’s collaboration for over 30 years is a testament to this well-matched team. Jeff’s first adventure in architecture was young in life and he has been passionately working with designs for the past 35 years in both commercial structures and high-end residential homes. He is a people person and loves interacting with our clients helping them perfect designs that reflect their dreams. As with all great designers, he enjoys experimenting and taking risks. He believes it is important to tell a story that is a reflection of our clients’ goals. This is not to say that everything requires innovation or bold action, but Jeff finds that looking at a design challenge from a different perspective often brings creative opportunities. His other interests include competitive cycling and youth rider development program in the North Scottsdale area.

Monica (Rosen) Hoder
As CFO/COO, Monica manages all aspects of the company’s operations including superintending staff, maintaining accounting records and financial statements, coordinating construction project administration, drafting and reviewing contracts, working with financial institutions, developing strategy and vision, and acting as liaison with auditors, to name a few duties. She has been with Fisher Custom Homes since 2006, but her career began in accounting at only sixteen years of age. Since then her experience has encompassed the industries of small business development, legal services, tax preparation, property management, and of course construction. Monica graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a double minor in Accounting and Management. She is a Certified Management Accountant, has a Graduate Certificate from Penn State in Organization Development and Change Operational Excellence, and has a Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
