Fisher Custom Homes is performing a massive remodel to a home we originally built twenty years ago, in an exclusive North Scottsdale neighborhood. The new homeowners came to us to change some features and open the floor plan. About six months into the project, the interior and some of the exterior are demolished, new windows are installed, and framing for the remodeled design has started. In these progress pictures, we can see what each room looks like before the major demolition work, after demolition, and now with some new construction. Bathrooms #2 and #3 are backing each other. In the second bathroom, the cabinets, tilework and shower is gone.
Looking at the two bathroom progress pictures, once the common wall is removed, we can see the same mirror and windows from one room to another. New framing for a wall to re-separate the two bathrooms is in place. Similar progress is in the third bathroom where the shower and plumbing are removed, and a new window is in place. A staircase leading from the main floor of the home down to the exercise room has been completely removed. A room that was an exercise room between two garages has been removed, opening the space into one large garage. This change also creates a new entrance with a more spacious driveway maneuver vehicles and provide easier access in and out of the garage. This home will have a completely different feel to it when the remodel is complete.
