The front of the home is partially finished with the stucco and roofing done. Crates containing stone, which will be applied to the tall masonry columns on both sides of the entry door, are stacked in the driveway. The front of the home, shadowed by the morning’s rising sun, takes shape with the finishing details yet to be completed. Originally, Fisher Custom Homes built a custom luxury home twenty years ago in an exclusive North Scottsdale neighborhood. The new homeowners came to us to perform a significant remodel, changing some features and opening the floor plan. The interior of the home has been gutted and some of the exterior has been demolished now that we are about six months into the project. New windows are installed and framing for the remodeled design has started.
