In the exclusive neighborhood of DC Ranch in North Scottsdale, Fisher Custom Homes is building a magnificent home. Finishing details are under way now that the shell of the home is complete. The front of the home is partially finished with the stucco and roofing done. Now there are pallets stacked in the driveway which contain stone that will be applied to the tall masonry columns on both sides of the entry door. Fisher Custom Homes is performing a massive remodel to a home we originally built twenty years ago, in an exclusive North Scottsdale neighborhood. The new homeowners came to us to change some features and open the floor plan. About six months into the project, the interior and some of the exterior are demolished, new windows are installed, and framing for the remodeled design has started. In these progress pictures, we can see what each room looks like before the major demolition work, after demolition, and now with some new construction. Bathrooms #2 and #3 are backing each other.
